Working on a photograph printed onto fabric, you will learn how to apply and build up padding layers, before then working a number of different surface embroidery stitches such as French knots and long & short stitch, in the correct order to create the two raised work sheep.
The kit includes all materials required - calico, printed fabric, felt, bondaweb, stranded cottons and needles as well as comprehensive instructions. All kept tidy in a neat little box.
The finished design measures 25 cm high by 21cm wide.
Suitable for beginners.
You will need a ring frame (ideally hands free) and fine, sharp embroidery scissors, an iron and ironing board. A magnifier, daylight lamp and thimble may also be useful.
If just purchasing the Instructions & Diagram, these will be sent to you via email and will comprise comprehensive instructions with images, stitch guide, diagram with key and full sized design. The photo used for the printed fabric will not be included. Please select Instructions Only at checkout for free 'delivery' by email.
All my kits are packaged using recyclable and/or biodegradable materials.
